Felipe Katz is a Brazilian lawyer based in São Paulo State with over 20 years of practice in commercial and civil law. In 2004, Felipe founded the firm Katz Advogados that from its origins assists clients both in a consulting capacity and defending its rights before the Courts in litigation.

Areas of expertise include the representation of clients drafting and negotiating contracts as well as disputing breaches before the Courts in the following relationships: distribution and agency agreements, commercial relationships, real estate purchase, lease/rental, construction and land development, representing shareholders/quota holders and partners of corporations, partnerships, joint ventures and associations.
