Viktor Jéger is a Hungarian attorney, focusing on cross-border commercial matters.

In addition to his Hungarian doctorate (Dr. iur.), he earned a bachelor’s degree in European Business Law from the University of Abertay Dundee, Scotland.

Viktor is a partner at Nagy & Trócsányi, a full-service law firm established in 1991, based in Budapest.

Besides working on and spearheading complex cross-border dispute resolution, insolvency and regulatory cases, he also advises and represents prominent clients in cases relating to energy, competition, construction and real estate law.

His experience spans numerous high-profile matters, including ad hoc arbitrations seated in Switzerland, as well as arbitrations before the VIAC and the Permanent Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

He currently holds the position of National Representative for Hungary in AIJA, the International Association of Young Lawyers.

He is native Hungarian and fluent in English.
