Simone Rossi specialises in corporate, commercial and banking law and debt restructuring transactions.

He graduated in Law from the University of Bologna in 1996, has been a member of the Verona Bar since 1999 and a partner of the law firm Macchi di Cellere Gangemi since 2015.

He has gained significant expertise and experience in corporate and contractual matters, in M&A and debt restructuring transactions and in advising companies in crisis and insolvency.

He advises financial institutions and industrial companies; companies belonging to multinational groups and family-based businesses.

He also advises family-based companies on aspects of corporate governance, shareholders’ agreements and family pacts, including with regard to generational handovers.

He is a member of the international associations TMA – Turnaround Management Association and Legalmondo.
