Sandra De Vito Bieri is partner with and a member of the board of directors of Bratschi Ltd. She also co-heads the law firm’s arbitration practice group.

Sandra has been working in the area of civil procedure and national and international arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, labor law and contract law for over 20 years. She mainly advises parties in financial, insurance, energy and industry areas in the case of disputes arising from M&A transactions, license, agency and joint venture agreements as well as in the case of construction projects.

Sandra has taken part in more than 40 arbitration proceedings as chair, co- or sole arbitrator and counsel, primarily in ICC, Swiss Rules, ICSID and ad hoc arbitration proceedings as well as in domestic arbitration and has supervised more than 30 arbitration proceedings in her role as member of the Court of Arbitration of the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution.

Sandra is endorsed as «one of the best lawyers in Switzerland» according to sources who consider her «very impressive as counsel as well as one of the best arbitrators in Switzerland» (Who’s Who Arbitration 2018 and 2019).

She graduated in Law at the University of Zurich (lic. iur.) (1998) and holds a LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science (2003).
