Renata Antiquera is a Brazilian lawyer that has more than 25 years of experience working mostly on behalf of foreign companies, venture capital, private equity and private investors, mainly from Europe and Latin America, on mid-market mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, investment structures, and setting up distribution, agency or franchise structures in Brazil. She also focuses her practice on corporate matters, corporate governance, drafting and negotiating contracts, also focusing on Intellectual Property licensing, image rights, e-commerce, legal marketing, and sponsorships.

Renata is a partner of Pereira Pulici Advogados, in São Paulo, Brazil, where she leads the Corporate, M&A, Foreign Investments, Contracts and Capital Markets Areas. She holds a Law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (1993).

Renata is an Honorary member of AIJA and an active member of the Section of International Law of the American Bar Association. Renata has organized and has been a speaker in several international Seminars and Congress panels.

Renata was listed by “Análise Advocacia 2015” as one of the most admired lawyers in the Chemical and Petrochemical Sector.

She is fluent in Portuguese, English, French, and Italian, and understands and reads Spanish.
