Renata Antiquera is a Brazilian lawyer with more than 30 years of experience working mostly on behalf of foreign companies, venture capital, private equity and private investors, mainly from Europe and Latin America, on mid-market mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, setting up local subsidiaries, investment structures, as well as setting up distribution, agency or franchise structures in Brazil.

Her practice is comprehensive and includes corporate matters and governance, drafting and negotiating contracts, real estate transactions, data protection and digital law, legal marketing and sponsorships. In summary, she is able to help her clients in all transaction matters related to their businesses in all industries.

Renata is a partner of Pereira Pulici Advogados, in São Paulo, Brazil, where she leads the Corporate, M&A, Foreign Investments, Contracts, Real Estate and Data Protection Areas. She holds a Law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (1993).

Renata is an Honorary member of AIJA and was an active member of the Section of International Law of the American Bar Association. Renata has organized and has been a speaker in several international Seminars and Congress panels.

She is fluent in Portuguese, English, French, and Italian, and understands and reads Spanish.
