Rachel Ashley is a French-qualified lawyer since 1997, specialised in corporate and M&A matters, and mainly advises international companies and groups of companies who invest in France, in particular in the industrial and service sectors.

Rachel offers support at all stages of acquisitions or sales of companies (cross-border or domestic), due diligence processes, investments and partnerships. She also assists managers and shareholders in their transfer or restructuring operations, contributions, and sales/acquisitions of businesses as going concerns or branches of activity.

Rachel advises clients from the incorporation of their company throughout all stages of its legal existence. She also assists companies with a regulated activity, in all their applications and formalities with the French authorities.

Rachel is a partner of the Parisian law firm, Astine, since October 2011.

After having been a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), Rachel is now an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA) (and member of the Corporate and M&A Law Committee, Closely Held and Growing Business Enterprises Committee and Young Lawyers’ Committee).

Rachel is fluent in English (mother tongue) and French.
