Philippe Sylvestre is a Luxembourg lawyer (avocat à la Cour) and is member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2014. He practices at Brucher, Thieltgen & Partners in the areas of corporate and commercial law with a particular focus on shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, insolvency proceedings and corporate restructurings.

Philippe is regularly appointed as trustee in bankruptcy law or as liquidator of companies, as well as occasionally as provisional administrator of companies.

In addition to his activity as a lawyer, Philippe has been chairing the committee of the Luxembourg Young Bar Association and is involved in the Luxembourg Association of Legal Representatives (ALMJ) of which he is a member of the board of directors.

Philippe holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn, USA), as well as a Master in Comparative Law and Business Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

He speaks fluently French, German, Luxembourgish and English.
