Pascale Gola is a Swiss qualified lawyer and a partner of Ruoss Voegele. She specializes and has broad experience in the areas of dispute resolution (including arbitration), intellectual property, distribution agreements, IT and e-commerce, commercial contracts as well as in corporate matters. She often represents and advises clients in an international context.

Pascale regularly acts as an arbitrator – be it as a sole arbitrator or on a panel – in international arbitration cases under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration, the ICC Rules and in ad-hoc proceedings. In addition, she has particular experience as Counsel in corporate civil responsibility disputes.

Pascale has graduated in Zurich and holds an LL.M. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She was an active member of the International Young Lawyers Organzation (AIJA) where she performed the tasks of Vice-President and President of the International Arbitration Commission and has co-organized many scientific seminars. In addition, she regularly speaks and publishes in her areas of interests.
