Marine advises clients on all aspects of insolvency law, from the prevention of difficulties to their treatment in the context of collective proceedings, both as counsel and in litigation. She supports companies of all sizes, their managers and/or shareholders, investment funds, creditors, legal representatives or buyers.
She acts for French and foreign clients. With her partner, Thierry Montéran, she is also co-editor of the section on insolvency law in a practical guide published by Lextenso and in charge with Thierry Montéran of the Paris bar insolvency law training.
Marine has been a member of the UGGC Avocats’ Restructuring team for more than 15 years ; she joined the firm as a trainee lawyer before becoming an associate, consultant and then partner in 2020. She is the former President of the Insolvency Commission of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) and a member of the WIR (Woman In Restructuring) association and IFFPC association that gather French insolvency professionals.
UGGC is a French full business law firm based in Paris that will celebrate its 30 years old in 2023. UGGC Avocats has also offices in four geographical aeras (Europe, Asia and Middle-East).
