Marika Devaux is a lawyer, member of the Lyon Bar (France) since 2009 and of the Torino Bar (Italy) since 2011.
Trained in business law, she is specialized in civil and commercial litigation, especially in unfair competition, business contracts, international distribution (network of agencies, franchises, exclusive and selective distribution) and credit collection.

Marika has a strong experience in counselling and assisting companies in litigation in international business cases involving cross-border matters between France and Italy (Import/export, contracts, transport, company installation, etc.).
