Magdalena Zielińska-Kuć is a Polish lawyer experienced in international trade law, contracts, IP and food law, as well as in litigation and arbitration.
Magdalena has always practised law in the international environment. She has gained a significant experience in assisting foreign clients, especially Italian, in conducting cross-border transactions with Poland, handling international disuptes and providing legal advice in all aspects of civil and commercial law.
Magdalena has extensive experience in conducting court disputes, including unfair market practices and acts of unfair competition, as well as in advising business entities on running advertising campaigns and marketing products. She also represents clients in the course of control proceedings regarding food quality and safety.
She advises entrepreneurs operating in the food sector in all aspects of food law and day-to-day business operation of the retail industry. She specializes in legal aspects of labeling and promotion of food products as well as in negotiating cross-border trade agreements, including international sale of goods and distribution agreements.
Magdalena is admitted to the Poznań Bar Association. She graduated in law at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She also has been studying at the Faculty of Law of the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, Italy. She participated in the internatinal exchanges and internhips. She also graduated from the International Business and Trade Summer Program run by the Catholic University of America (Columbus School of Law) in cooperation with the Jagiellonian University in Cracow.
Magdalena is a member of AIGLI (International Association of Italian speaking lawyers).
She is author of several articles concerning food law and international trade. She is also a regular speaker in seminars and conferences concerning trade and food law.
Magdalena is native Polish speaker, and speaks fluently Italian and English. She is slso able to communicate in Spanish.
