Kai Guldemond practices law since 1996 mainly in M&A, corporate governance and corporate litigation. Kai is partner at Blenheim Advocaten, a midsize commercial law firm. His client base comprises corporates (most part of foreign based groups) as well as closely held small and midsize companies. He is regularly instructed by foreign law firms.

Due to extensive case experience and personal interest, he quickly grasps matters of a technical nature and is equally at ease with industry jargon ranging from the IT business to food and ingredients business, real estate, transport and heavy industries. His work often comprises bridging differences between people and organizations of different cultural, corporate and legal backgrounds. In addition to work on specific projects, Kai acts as advisor to European headquarters of a US listed company for their day to day work including commercial agreements and HR issues (together with firm team).

Kai is admitted as advocaat to the bar of Amsterdam (the Netherlands) and as Rechtsanwalt in Düsseldorf (Germany). He is a member of several professional associations including the American Counsel Association, Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats and the Dutch-German attorneys association. Clients in particular appreciate his concise, quick and practical advice as well as his negotiation skills.

Kai is a Dutch native speaker, but is also fluent in English and German and has a working knowledge of French.
