Jun is a senior partner of Jade & Fountain. He started his legal career in 1997 and had previously worked with leading domestic and international law firms in China and Europe (King & Wood Mallesons, Gide) before he joined the firm in 2008.

Jun’s practice is focused on Contracts, Labor, Litigation, Intellectual property, Privacy and Data Security, Data protection and has advised numerous domestic and overseas clients on their legal matters (for both contentious and non-contentious matters) in China and foreign jurisdictions. Jun is widely recognized for his insightful understanding of Chinese business context and consistently reliable and solution-oriented legal expertise.

Jun holds his law degrees from Fudan University (Shanghai, China) and Université René Descartes (Paris V). He also attended the Executive MBA program at Jiaotong University (Shanghai, China).

Jun has working proficiency in Chinese, English and French.
