Javier Gaspar Álvarez – Novoa is a lawyer specialized in commercial and procedural law, besides he has focused on the drafting of distribution, agency and sponsorship agreements.

Javier has also provided legal advice in labour and tax law.

During his career he has advised large multinational companies based or with a presence in Spain, this advice has been both locally and internationally.

Javier has been a lawyer since 2011 and belongs to the law firm VCGH ABOGADOS C.B., previously he dedicated his activity to the management and creation of the legal department of a Spanish sports brand that sells in more than 150 countries.

Javier has a degree in Law from the University of San Pablo C.E.U. in Madrid, and is a Master in International Law from the Instituto de Empresa (IE), ILLM MASTER IN INTERNATIONAL LAW.

He speaks Spanish and English bilingual and basic French and Italian.
