Hein van Woensel is co-founder and partner of Citius Advocaten. He specialized in Corporate Law. His work mainly consists of advising about Corporate Law Structures and guiding business transactions with special focus areas in Corporate Governance, Business Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Reorganisations, drafting contracts and contract negotiations. In addition, he acts as a lawyer in Corporate Law Disputes. He was appointed as trustee and as a lawyer for companies in (impending) Bankruptcies.

Hein has clients in various sectors such as business services, (wholesale) trade, distribution and industry, including pharma, healthcare, and media. The companies and organizations that Hein advises vary/range from internationally operating companies to local family businesses. In addition, he advises institutions with cultural and social objectives.

Hein studied law in Amsterdam. He was sworn in as a lawyer in 1992. Hein started his career in Haarlem and has been keeping practice in Amsterdam from 1996 onwards.

Hein has followed the post academic training in Computer Law and Insolvency Law. He is a member of the International Association of Lawyers IBA, AIJA (alumni), the Association Corporate Litigation and Odernemende Advocaten Amsterdam (OAA, Enterprising Lawyers Amsterdam). In addition, he is part of the editorial board of the magazine Rechtspraak Insolventierecht (cases Insolvency Law).

Hein speaks Dutch, English, Italian, and German.
