Giuseppe Scotti has been practising as a lawyer since 1999 and has an extensive experience in the field of civil, commercial and corporate litigation both before the Court, Court of Appeals and Arbitral Tribunals as well. He has also a wide expertise in bankruptcy law.

Giuseppe is partner of Scotti Law Firm and of Counsel at Macchi di Cellere Gangemi Law Firm. Before, he worked at Derek Elliot Law Firm (Paris, 1997-1998) and Baker & Mckenzie (Bologna, 2002 – 2004).

Giuseppe has a Law Degree with honours at University of Parma and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Michigan Law School.

Giuseppe is member of the executive committee and former national representative for AIJA (International Association for Young Attorneys) and vice president of the Insolvency Commission, the Parma Bar Association, Camere Civili, AIGA, AIGLI (International Association of Italian speaking lawyers) and ALMA (the Italian LL.M. students association), Panathlon International and Rotary.

Giuseppe speaks Italian, English and French fluently and Russian elementarily.
