Giuliano Stasio is an Italian lawyer and arbitrator specializing in commercial contracts and international litigation.

His experience ranges from drafting and negotiating contracts to advising on distribution networks, IP, and corporate governance. He also routinely assists his clients in litigation before Italian courts and in international arbitrations as defense counsel and arbitrator.

Giuliano currently coordinates the Americas Desk at Dindo Zorzi e Associati Law Firm and has previously worked with leading Italian law firms.

In addition, he is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Verona, where he teaches courses in Private and Procedural International Law and is a Teaching Assistant in Civil Procedural Law. He has been a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg, Germany. He has authored several publications on international procedural and enforcement law.

Giuliano is Vice-President of the T.R.A.D.E. (Trade, Retail, Agency, Distribution, E-commerce) Commission of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).

Giuliano is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish and has a basic knowledge of Portuguese.
