Giuliano Stasio is an Italian lawyer specialized in advising Italian and foreign clients in the process of internationalizing their businesses, with particular attention to the European and Chinese markets.
His expertise includes, amongst other aspects, drafting and negotiating contracts (sale, distribution, franchising, agency), and advising on distribution networks, IP and corporate governance. Furthermore, he regularly assists his clients in litigation before the Italian courts and in international arbitrations.
Giuliano was admitted to the Verona Bar in 2017 and he is associate at Macchi di Cellere Gangemi law firm (Milan and Verona) since 2015, where he is a member of the Europe-China desk; previously he was associate at Mercanti Dorio e associati law firm. Giuliano graduated from the University of Verona with a thesis in private international law on e-commerce contracts and he was a visiting researcher at Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law of Hamburg (Germany).
He collaborates with the Chair of Civil Procedure Law of the University of Verona and he is author of publications and articles on procedural law and international enforcement. He is member of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers).
