Giulia Sambugaro is a New York attorney specialized in domestic and international business transactions, hospitality law, including food and wine law, and corporate law, with a broad experience in Italian trade law as well. She also assists various Italian companies with subsidiaries in the United States in their corporate management and commercial contractual operations.

She graduated in law from the Verona University School of Law, Italy (2007, Magna Cum Laude), and she holds an LL.M. Degree from New York University School of Law (2011), with specialization in international business transactions and commercial arbitration.

Giulia is admitted to the New York Bar since 2002 and she is a legal consultant to MEP America, the US Branch of MEP Law, from the Rome office, where she provides legal and business consulting services to companies willing to enter the US market or expand their presence there.

Giulia authored several articles and publications mainly concerning international distribution and sales law, and international private law. She is also co-author of the book “Doing Business in China”.

Giulia is native Italian speaker and speaks fluently English.
