Giovanni Bertola is an Italian employment lawyer, who represents national and international clients in Court and out of Court at all levels of Italian jurisdiction. He deals with all aspects of labor law including those relating to IP, competition and insolvency.

He graduated in 1994 at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan) in European Law. He was admitted to the Bar of Piacenza in 1997 and to the Italian Supreme Court in 2010.

Giovanni is member of AGI (Italian Employment Lawyer Association) and of the Camera Civile di Piacenza; in 2019 he has been elected member of the Council of the Bar Association of Piacenza.

Since 1998 he has been a partner at the CGMA Studio Legale Associato, based in Piacenza. From 1999 to 2005 he had been working in cooperation with a boutique law firm in Milan, acquiring skills on IP and competition matters.

He cooperates with the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (branch of Piacenza, Italy) in IP and bankruptcy law courses.

He speaks English and Italian.
