Encyeh Sadr is licensed attorney at law in Iran. She is legal advisor on international commercial law and foreign investment and has represented clients in arbitration contractual and commercial disputes. She has advised major number of local and international clients for doing business in Iran. Encyeh has extensive experience in contract drafting and providing legal opinions in different aspects of civil and commercial law of Iran.

Encyeh is founding partner in Bayan Emrooz Law Firm.

She got her LL.M. degree from University of London in 2007 and master of law and business (MLB) from Bucerius Law School in Hamburg in 2013.

She has been speaker in different international seminars with topics related to arbitration, oil & gas, corporate governance and corporate compliance. She is board member of German and Iranian Lawyers Association (DIJV) and member and national representative of International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) in Iran. She has been ICC YAF representative of Iran during 2011-2013 and has held four seminars regarding arbitration and dispute settlement in Tehran. She was volunteer arbitrator in the Vis Moot arbitration competition of 2014 in Vienna.

Encyeh speaks fluently Persian, English and German.
