Elena Zambon is an Italian lawyer specialized in international trade law, distribution agreements (agency, distribution and franchising), as well as in judicial litigation in both commercial and corporate matters.

From the very beginning of her activity as lawyer, she is focused in assisting small and medium companies in the process of international growth in several countries and she has gained significant experience in assisting companies in M&A operation.

She graduated in law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan in 1990. She continued her training in the area of international trade law (Degree in international business and finance law – University of Padua), in corporate law (Specialization Course in Corporate Law), in trust law (Degree in Trust Law), in law of the new technologies (Specialization Course in law of new technologies, as auditor), in negotiation techniques.

Elena is admitted to the Vicenza Bar Association since 1994; since 2010 she’s admitted to practice before the upper courts. In 1999 she founded the Casalini & Zambon tax and law firm and she’s still a partner.

Since 2006 she is a member of the faculty of the Master in Business and Administration for Entrepreneurs organized by Fondazione CUOA where she teaches contracts law (focus on agency, distributorship, franchising, joint ventures and licensing).

Elena is member of the IDI Institute (International Distribution Institute) and of the Associazione-il-trust-Italia.
