Christoph Noehles, LL.M (Boston University) has been working as lawyer for over 14 years in the field of real estate law.

His clients include national and international companies as well as family offices.

The focus of his advisory work is on real estate transactions and commercial tenancy law; in particular, he has extensive experience in the acquisition and sale of real estate in all asset classes (office, residential, retail/shopping centers, logistics, hotels, forestry) as well as complex portfolio transactions and project developments.

He also advises his clients regularly on asset and property management, as well as private and institutional investors on the landlord side.

Christoph is an equity partner at HEUKING in the real estate and construction practice group in the Düsseldorf office. He has a degree in law from the University of Muenster, Germany, absolved his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm, Germany, and holds a master’s degree in Banking and Finance Law from the Boston University, School of Law, USA.

He speaks German and English.
