Chiara has gained extensive experience in the different areas of intellectual property, devoting herself to the resolution of judicial and extrajudicial disputes.

During her professional activity she has assisted a wide range of clients, from sole proprietorships to multinational companies, supporting them in the day-to-day management of legal issues, as well as in long-term strategies. In the judicial arena, she has been involved in litigation of international significance involving, in particular, collective trademarks and mechanical patents.

Chiara is also dedicated to domestic and international contracting in the area of intellectual property, with a particular focus on technology transfer, as well as the preparation of anti-counterfeiting strategies for domestic and foreign companies.

She is also dedicated to the protection of know-how, preparing specific measures and strategies to protect corporate trade secrets, ranging from the drafting of individual confidentiality agreements to the preparation of corporate policies.

Chiara has been a Senior Associate at Studio Jacobacci e Associati since 2003 and operates from the firm’s Turin (Italy) office. She received her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Turin in 2003 and has been a member of the Bar since 2006.

She was a visiting foreign lawyer at the Taylor Wessing firm, London office, in 2009.

She has been a member of the LES “Licensing Executive Society” since 2019.

A native Italian speaker, she is fluent in English.
