Bruce Parke has been practicing law since 2002 and has extensive experience in the fields of complex commercial litigation, including whistleblower, securities, antitrust, and consumer protection litigation.  In addition, Bruce has extensive experience representing clients in employment and ERISA cases.

Bruce is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  In addition to these jurisdictions, Bruce has worked on cases with local and co-counsel throughout the country.

Bruce is a partner at Miller Shah LLP.  Bruce earned his undergraduate degree in Administration of Justice from the Pennsylvania State University and his law degree from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law.

Bruce is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and resides with his family in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is active in the Southeastern Pennsylvania community.
