Boriska specializes in labour and employment law in Brazil. She has graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and obtained an LL.M granted by King’s College London, UK.

With 20 years of experience assisting Brazilian and international companies and senior executives, she advises clients on employment matters such as global mobility, restructuring, compensation, hiring and termination of key employees, negotiations, and employment litigation.

She is a founding partner at SA Law, a law firm with offices in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. She started her career as an attorney at one of the main Brazilian law firms and later was a partner at the São Paulo office of an international law firm.  Boriska has work experience in London and Madrid.

She has been a speaker at Brazilian and international events and was recognized by the legal directories Chambers and Partners, Who’s Who Legal, Best Lawyers, and Legal 500.

Boriska is a native Portuguese speaker and speaks English and Spanish fluently.
