Babak Tabeshian is a German lawyer with focus on e-commerce, information technology (including software and health tech), distribution and franchise contracts. He has more than 15 years of litigation experience, including cross-border disputes and interim procedures.

Amongst his clients are family owned and middle-sized business as well as big international companies and hidden champions.

He graduated in law in Munich / Germany and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law from the University of London.

He is a member of the Extended Bureau of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), served three years as president of the T.R.A.D.E. Commission of AIJA, is a member of the International Section of the German Bar Association and the German Arbitration Institute (DIS).

He is fluent in German, English and Persian.
