Antonio Valla is a US lawyer specializing in inbound investment into the United States, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, start-ups, commercial contracts, employment law and related civil litigation.

He graduated in Economics in 1986, cum laude, and the University of San Francisco (California), and in law, with Honors, also at the University of San Francisco in 1988.

Antonio is admitted to the California State Bar, the New York Bar, and the Bar of the District of Columbia (Washington), and is Founding Partner of Valla & Associates, Inc., PC.  His Firm has offices in San Francisco and New York, and a Representative Office in Milan, Italy.

He is the Representative in California for the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy (AMCHAM), a Member of the Associazione Internazionale Giuristi di Lingua Italiana, and sits on the Board of Directors of a number of US companies.

Antonio is a regular speaker on the subject of international contracts and US investments, as well as civil litigation in the United States.

He is native Italian speaker and speaks fluently English.
