A.A.M. (Anneke) Hoogveld specializes in cross border employment law and commercial agreements (agency and distribution), both as an advisor and litigator.

She studied law in Nijmegen and Münster (Germany) and has been admitted to the bar in 1993 and is since then active in the Dutch/German legal practice. In 2000 she was admitted as a ‘Rechtsanwalt’ to the German bar and is a member of the bar in Cologne.

Anneke also completed a post-graduate specialization course for employment law, is a member of associations that are relevant for her practice, such as the Dutch German Attorneys Association and the Dutch/German Chamber of Commerce.

She has experience as an entrepreneur and is the sole proprietor of her firm. Key clients are internationally active companies, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals.
