Angel Iglesias is a Spanish lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, mainly in the commercial, corporate, real estate and contracting areas, providing legal assistance in the above-mentioned areas both in a preventive and litigation stage before the courts.

He graduated in law in Catania (Italy) and homologated in Barcelona in 2003, he holds a master in tax consultancy at Esade (2006) and other courses such as bankruptcy law (2012) and pharmaceutical law (2015), among others. He has been admitted to the Barcelona Bar Association since 2003 and is the founding and managing partner of Lextelier.
Over the years he has also specialized in advising technological start-ups, from its incorporation to the different phases of growth and funding rounds, as well as companies in the pharmaceutical sector that promote clinical trials with drugs, applied to human beings to assess their effectiveness and safety.

More recently Angel has been entering the exciting and challenging world of new disruptive technologies, such as those y in the field of blockchain and artificial intelligence, delving into its still incipient legal acquis that will shortly change the world.

Angel’s mothers tongues are Spanish, Catalan and Italian and speaks fluently in English and French.
