Alexandra Ologu is the coordinating attorney of the Bucharest Branch of Sioufas & Colaboratorii law firm, one of the biggest Greek law firms, with offices in Athens, Patra and Thessaloniki.
She specializes in corporate, litigation and taxation, assisting national and international clients in a wide range of legal matters such as: mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, tax planning, legal consultancy and analysis in private law matters and contract drafting.
In her activity Alexandra has successfully represented both legal entities and private clients in numerous litigation and arbitration and has a great track record especially in tax litigation and construction arbitration.
She holds a LLM from University Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne in European business law, is qualified as wine law specialist by the University Rheims Champagne Ardenne and she also has experience in teaching European law to law students from 3rd and 4th year of study from the University Nicolae Titulescu from Bucharest.
From 2016 she was appointed national representative of Romania within the International Association of Young Lawyers.
She speaks fluently Romanian, English and French and has a very good command of Spanish and Italian.
