Alan Notinger is an American lawyer and has advised and represented Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies, middle market companies, local businesses and other clients in business litigation and employment law matters. He has represented clients in a variety of industries including the computer software, technology, professional services, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, real estate, title insurance, construction, transportation, and banking/financial services industries.

Alan handles a wide range of commercial and business litigation matters including litigation and claims involving contracts, licensing, trade secrets, computer software, goods and services, acquisitions of businesses, creditor/debtor issues, partnerships, foreclosures, collections, insolvencies and other types of business litigation. He also handles a variety of employment law matters including litigation and claims involving termination of employment, non-competition and non-disclosure agreements, employment contracts, severance agreements, compensation issues and other types of employment related matters.
