Paula Gaspar Álvarez Novoa

Paula Gaspar Álvarez-Novoa is a Spanish lawyer based in Madrid, specializing in civil and commercial procedural law. She is an expert in real estate with extensive experience in all types of transactions involving individuals and companies from around the world.

She holds a degree in Law and Journalism from the San Pablo CEU University in Madrid and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association. She has completed a Double Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Corporate Legal Advice from the Instituto de Empresa (IE Law School), as well as a master’s degree in real estate from UNIR.

Paula began her professional career in the Real Estate department of the Hogan Lovells, and then joined ML Abogados law firm. In September 2016, she joined VCGH Abogados, where she has been developing her professional career ever since.

She currently works mainly in the areas of Civil Procedural Law and Real Estate Law.

She is fluent in Spanish and English.
