Kinga Kelemen is a Budapest-based attorney-at-law with over 15 years of experience advising international clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and medical device sectors. She focuses on pharmaceutical, regulatory, compliance, advertising, distribution, and market access matters, including complex interactions with national authorities.

Kinga regularly supports clients in setting up and reviewing patient support programs, preparing internal policies and SOPs, negotiating clinical trial and distribution agreements, and navigating industry-specific ethical frameworks. She has a strong track record of representation before the Hungarian Medicines Agency and the Hungarian Competition Authority, particularly in matters related to promotional compliance, consumer protection cases regarding OTC medicines, medical devices, food supplements, and cosmetics.

Her practice also covers copyright and advertising law as well as labour matters affecting the life sciences sector. In addition to her advisory work, Kinga has contributed to the development of guidelines and ethical codes for the Hungarian pharmaceutical industry.

She graduated in law from Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) and holds a postgraduate degree in European Law from the ELTE Institute for Postgraduate Legal Studies (2006). She also earned a master’s degree in German language and completed academic coursework in Germany and Austria.

She spent 14 years at SBGK, one of Hungary’s leading IP and commercial law firms, before founding her own practice, KPLI Law, in 2015.
