Annemieke is a Dutch lawyer, specialized in commercial contracts (distribution, agency, license, assignment, services, procurement, JDA etc.), corporate law and M&A, including complex participations, shareholders agreements and related security documents. Annemieke has  a proven track record in supervising national and international M&A deals, both asset and share deals in different sectors, such as retail, consumer products, green energy, software/ICT, printed media, childcare, contracting works, health care; acting on behalf of buyer or seller (transaction value between 1 euro and 265 million euros).

Annemieke graduated cum laude from the University of Utrecht and completed a post doctorate at Heidelberg University. Annemieke is admitted to the Dutch Bar Association since 1999 and started her career at NautaDutilh. Annemieke is now partner and co-founder of Splendor Advocaten. Annemieke works for a variety of clients, mainly larger Dutch companies and several clients based in the United Kingdom, Scandinavia, Luxembourg and Germany.
