Christoph Vaucher is a Swiss lawyer specializing in commercial and corporate transactions and contracts, dispute resolution (litigation, arbitration and mediation) and related enforcement actions. He advises Swiss and international companies and businesspersons in all legal matters, with particular experience in cross-border transactions.
He holds law degrees from the University of Fribourg (lic. iur., 1995) and from New York University School of Law (LL.M., 2000).
Admitted to the Zurich Bar, he has practised in major international law firms (Baker & McKenzie, CMS) and in smaller Zurich-based firms, with secondments in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Buenos Aires. In July 2026 he joined Conrad & Partner Advokatur Ltd., Baden, Switzerland, as senior counsel, and is entrusted with the management of the firm’s newly established Zurich Branch.
Besides his work as a lawyer, Christoph is active as an independent philosophical counsellor and holds a postgraduate degree as an Academic Philosophical Practitioner from the University of Vienna (2020).
Born and raised in Fribourg, a bilingual French-German Swiss city, he works in German, English and French; he also speaks Spanish and has a fair command of Hungarian.
