Carlo Nardone

Carlo Nardone is a business attorney advising clients in both the United States and Italy. Carlo focuses on corporate law, particularly M&A and private equity transactions, domestic and cross-border, corporate governance, commercial contracts, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, and transformations. He also regularly advises on day-to-day corporate matters. Licensed to practice law in Italy and the United States, he holds an LL.M. from Loyola Law School, California.

Carlo gained experience in assisting domestic and international companies dealing with intricated M&A transactions and in handling a wide range of corporate transactions, as well as ordinary and day-to-day commercial and corporate law matters.

He has also been advising several startups throughout their financing rounds and has helped many Italian descendants claim their Italian citizenship through their roots.

He is native Italian speaker and speaks fluently English and is a keen student of Spanish.
