Jan Rolinski specialises in public procurement law having built his experience advising on Poland’s largest infrastructure projects. He is also specialises in intellectual property and copyright law.

Jan is Senior Partner at WKB Wiercinski, Kwiecinski, Baehr, head of the Public Procurement team.

Jan is A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also took courses on English and European Legal Studies (1996) at the Warsaw and Cambridge Universities.
He is an arbitrator of the Court of Conciliation for Internet Domains organized by the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications.

He is a member of Executive Commitee at the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).

Jan speaks fluently Polish and English.
