Johan Myrén is a tax lawyer and trusted advisor. His practice is mainly oriented towards companies and high net worth individuals.  He is an expert in corporate tax matters, joint ventures, employee benefits. He has wide experience in assisting businesses and its shareholders, international companies as well as private clients. In short Johan has an extensive experience of handling complex cross-border tax assignments.

He has inter alia been frequently involved in cases regarding various international investment structures. This experience has provided Johan with an extensive know-how as regards tax driven structures in general and specifically various investment structures.

He started his professional career as attorney-at-law and tax lawyer with the Swedish law-firm Vinge. In 2011 he joined the law firm Lindahl where he was a partner as well as chairman of the firm’s specialist team in the field of tax law. In 2019 he founded the law firm Cedric Law where he continuous to advise his clients in tax and corporate related issues.

Johan received his law degrees from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. Johan is recognized in Legal 500 and is frequently asked to give lectures and speak at various seminars.

He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association, Section of International Law of the American Bar Association (ABA), and the International Association for Young Lawyers (AIJA).

He speaks Swedish and English.
