Nicola Gianoli, born on May 21 1964, received its law degree from the University of Milan in 1992 and joined the swiss law firm Velo in Lugano in 1993.

He has a particular expertise in complex national and cross border corporate and commercial matters. He also assists several international Companies in particular in start up business in Switzerland and establishing subsidiaries locally or abroad, covering all aspects of the development of a new business  He’s also experienced in tax planning for individuals and corporation.

He is a member of the Canton Ticino Bar Association as well as the International Bar Association.
