Valerio Cirimbilla is an Italian lawyer specialized in tax law. He advices his Italian and foreign clients both in Court and out-of-Court.
During his career, Valerio has gained significant experience in the field of domestic and international tax planning related to: operations involving Italian and foreign companies and investors, business restructuring and structured finance transactions. He assists clients in managing relationships with tax authorities and in all stages of tax assessment and litigation.
He holds a law degree from the La Sapienza University of Rome and a master’s degree (LL.M.) in international business law from Queen Mary University in London.
He is often a speaker at national and international conferences as well as author of publications on domestic and international tax law.
