Thabiso van den Bosch is a Dutch lawyer specialized in both litigation and international arbitration. He handles case in the construction and offshore industry as well as international trade. His experience covers amongst others disputes in relation to the construction of industrial plants, land reclamation projects, the sale of factories, as well as a variety of commercial disputes such as concerning the design and manufacturing of industrial machinery, sale of aircraft, new technologies as well as a variety of other commercial disputes. He is also involved in the drafting of contracts in these areas.

Thabiso’s practice also includes providing general business advice to clients including strategic advice aimed at avoiding corporate disputes. Furthermore, he has ample experience in corporate litigation procedures concerning shareholder and joint venture disputes, disputes in the board as well as between different bodies of a company. He has an extensive trial experience in corporate disputes before the domestic courts (including the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeals), as well as in domestic and international arbitration (NAI, ICC).

He has participated in a legal working group of the Netherlands Foundation for the Defense Industry and Security (NIDV) with respect to the assessment and renegotiation of general conditions for the purchase of goods and services applied by the Ministry of Defense.

Furthermore, Thabiso is also a member of the New Services Solutions Group of the AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD).

Thabiso speaks fluently Dutch, English, Spanish and German.
