Stefano Rossi is an ethics and compliance advisor, specialized in organizational models for the prevention of crime in the companies. Since 2005, he has been involved in strategic consulting, risk analysis, and training. He has been a member or chairman of more than thirty corporate supervisory bodies.
He graduated with honors in philosophy in 1989 at the University of Padua and the following year he completed his degree in Organization and Management at the University of Bologna. He is a temporary professor at the University of Verona, where he holds a course on “Corporate identity and company ethics” since 2010, and teaches in business ethics.
He is a member of the Association of Members of the Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, since 2010.
