Stefanie is an Austrian lawyer based in Vienna. She is specialized in real estate, contract law, distribution law, restructuring, estate planning and private foundation law. In 2020 she has been awarded as “Rising Star” in the prestigious Legal 500 ranking, awarding outstanding lawyers in their field.

Stefanie has been working with Graf & Pitkowitz attorneys at law for more than eight years, successfully advising family-owned businesses, corporations and individuals on every step of their way.

She is also a member of a special task group of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Finance regarding the register of ultimate beneficial owners.

As a trained sommelière she has a special interest in wine law and wine distribution law, advising Austrian and international clients on the specifics and regulations of the Austrian and European market.
