Stefan is an Austrian attorney-at-law based in Vienna, Austria and a Partner at Brauneis Klauser Prändl Rechtsanwälte. The specialization of Stefan and his work for clients all over the world emphases in the areas of corporate and commercial law, mergers & acquisitions and commercial litigation. Stefan is an experienced corporate and M&A lawyer with substantial and long-standing experience in the area of (cross-border) M&A deals in Austria and CEE, structuring of start-ups and early stage financing, national and international joint ventures and reorganizations. He regularly represents clients in litigation cases and advises in commercial dispute resolution proceedings.

Stefan holds a doctorate and master degree in law of the University of Graz and received a postgraduate law degree of the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland. He is a member of several boards of Austrian private foundations and supervisory boards.

As Honorary Professor of the University of Applied Sciences CAMPUS 02 in Graz and lecturer at the University of Graz, he teaches corporate law, insolvency law and international contract law. In his area of expertise, Stefan has published various scientific papers and books.

Stefan is appointed as a member of the Disciplinary Commission of the Vienna Bar Association.
