Riccardo Berti is an Italian civil lawyer.
During his professional experience, he has developed in-depth skills in the field of IT law and data protection, and has also been appointed as Data Protection Officer by various entities.
After graduating from the University of Trento, he studied in China and holds LLM in Chinese law from the Beijing Foreign Studies University.
He has been admitted to the Verona Bar in 2013 and since then has been a lawyer at Zumerle Law Firm. In 2015 he co-founded Agrilegal, a legal consultancy firm in the agri-food sector.
He is the author of numerous publications on Chinese law, IT law and data protection, including:

He has fair programming skills and is a frequent speaker on the subject of telematic judicial procedures, data protection, artificial intelligence, Chinese law.
He is fluent in Italian and English and has obtained HSK III certification of Chinese language.
