Paul is a Partner in William Fry’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. He advises individuals and corporate clients involved in domestic and multi-jurisdictional contractual/tortious disputes and represents the Irish interests of a number of global corporations and Irish based entities. This includes advising clients on contentious distribution and agency issues on both a domestic and cross-border basis.  Paul also has extensive experience of advising clients where issues arise involving financial litigation, including financial crime litigation, investigations and reputational damage issues.  He also acts on behalf of insurers, re-insurers and run-off managers in respect of complex, high-value insurance claims and coverage disputes.

Paul is a Fellow of the International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators. He is Vice President of the Commercial Litigation committee and a member of the White Collar Crime committee of the Union Internationale des Avocats.

Paul was also appointed as Counselor to the Union Internationale des Avocats President, Mr. Jerome Roth.

He is a member of the ABA International Litigation Group and Assistant Editor of the ABA International Dispute Resolution News.
