Olga Dimopoulou is a dual qualified German and Greek lawyer practicing corporate and commercial law, food law and renewable energy law.
Her practice in food law comprises amongst others, labeling, review and legal audit of promotions and advertising campaigns, compliance audits for foreign food businesses exporting food to the German market. She also advises in related matters such as to distribution agreements, authorised dealerships and labour law.
Olga gained practical experience in the renewable energy sector as being General Counsel Greece of a German wind power station manufacturer, based in its Athens office. Therefore she is also specialised in consultation and support with contract negotiations for the purchase of wind energy converters and related contracts as well as comprehensive consultation and support of investment projects regarding wind or solar parks in Greece.
As an admitted lawyer to the Athens Bar, Olga is able to advise on all aspects of Greek civil, commercial and corporate law.
She founded the law office „dimolegal“ in Cologne in 2014.
Olga is the author of several juridical articles notably in the field of food law and is a regular speaker in congresses and seminars on her legal specialisms.
She is bilingual German and Greek, and fluent in English and French.
