Luna Zhang is a Chinese lawyer, specialized in IP protection, working in China and European Union, providing proactive advice to Chinese and European clients on establishing ideal IP strategies as well as enforcing their IP rights. 

She holds an LLM degree form EDHEC Business School and an MBA degree from ESSEC Business School in France. Luna started her IP practice in 2006 as an in-house legal counsel; years later, she joined law firm and continued her career, and she is now senior counsel of Kangxin Partners. 

Throughout her career, Luna has advised international clients on a wide range of intellectual property issues, working on cases related to strategy, prosecution, and enforcement. Staying on top of the recent trends in the legal industry and elsewhere, she also gained experience in the analysis and application of IP big data on IP strategy and enforcement. 

Her knowledge and this experience in the field gave Luna a relevant understanding of the needs of IP owners and fellow IP professionals, allowing her to advise clients on the IP protection at 360°. 

Luna is member of the main IP associations (INTAAIPPIECTAFICPI)where she has given several speeches, and is also the author of the article “ Chinese brands go global. 

She is native Chinese speaker and works also in English and French.
