Iñigo Nagore specializes in corporate, M&A and commercial law practices. He is used to work in cross-border conflicts in ADR and in court proceedings. He is a part-time lecturer at the Deusto University (Jesuits) (Business Law and Maritime Law) and at the Pais Vasco University (International Private Law) and he has written numerous articles and manuals on training of European lawyers, bank law, tax law, company groups and business enterprises, the rights of members, transformations, mergers and scissions, commercial contracts, insolvency law and arbitration.
He gives lectures in several national and international forums and is a Bankruptcy and Mediation Administrator. He acts as Arbitrator of the CSCE, of the European Network for Dispute Resolution, of the Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce of Bilbao and of the Court of Arbitration of the Bar Association of Bizkaia, having belonged to its Governing Board.
Iñigo holds a Doctor in Laws, PhD, a Master of Advanced Business Management, Master of Foreign Trade, Master in Tax Assessment and several Specialization Diplomas.
He is very involved in international legal organizations such as: Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA), International Bar Association (IBA), American Bar Association (ABA), AIJA, European Bar Federation – where he has occupied different position as officer and the institutional advocacy –, CCBE (Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe), the Spanish and the Bilbao Bar, where he has also held various representation positions.
Iñigo can work in Spanish and English and has a passive knowledge of Italian, French and Portuguese.
