Frank Boyle is a Peruvian lawyer with over 20 years of experience advising international clients in transborder transactions (trade, commercial & corporate law, investments, mergers & acquisitions, public procurement) in a wide range of economic activities, including investment funds, fishery, agro-industry, real estate, retail, marketing & communications.
Frank is a Partner in “Estudio Muñiz” in Lima (Peru) where he is the responsible of the “European Desk” of the Firm, and a Foreign Associate to “Strategy Legal & Tax” in Verona (Italy).
In Peru, Frank has been appointed in different boards of directors as an independent member to share his international expertise and to advice on the compliance with local regulations.
He is a member of the Callao Bar Association (CAC), International Bar Association (IBA) and Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA).
Frank graduated in Law in 1994 at Universidad de Lima, Peru, has a Diploma on International Trade Law from Istituto Universitario di Studi Europei in Turín, Italy (2001) and holds a Master Degree on International Law and Economics from the World Trade Institute of University of Bern, Switzerland (2001-2002).
He has been speaker and organizer of conferences around the world, mainly in commercial related topics.
